Morning Meeting: Virtual Reality
CITIA and Imaginove invite you to the Papeteries for a Morning Meeting about virtual reality, 8:30 am, 15th November.
As part of the Morning Meetings around a theme organised at the Papeteries, CITIA invites you to listen to an assessment of virtual reality, presented by David Gal-Regniez, Director of Imaginove.
With the arrival on the market of VR headsets like Oculus Rift, HTC Vive or Samsung Gear, 2016 is without a doubt virtual reality year. Over the course of the morning, three companies will present the potential of this technology, the challenges of scenarisation and its integration in the production process.
Speakers from production, the manufacture of action cameras and e-learning will show off VR applications and developments that produce an incredible immersive experience.
Attendees will see how VR is now part of these companies:
- GoPro, specialist in action cameras, represented by Samy Aboudrar, UX Designer
- Speedernet, digital learning company that creates multimedia content for training and solution software, represented by Nicolas Lazancic, Digital Learning Architect
- Folimage, animation film production company for the cinema and TV, represented by Nicolas Michel, Managing Director, and Vanessa Labarthe, Production Administrator
The morning will be hosted by new technologies enthusiast, David Gal-Regniez, who after 5 years managing R&D at Imaginove, has now become Director of the cluster.
