Training
Both training and research are strategically important for the deployment policy of CITIA. Different programmes have been set up starting from kindergarten level to higher education.CITIA co-organises or assists the following training schemes and courses:

Three work/study training programmes offered by CCI Formation multimédia
Cinédoc Formation
- "Réaliser un webdocumentaire de création" (make a web-documentary) – 8 weeks
- "Concevoir un web documentaire"(create a web-documentary) – 5 days
2 training courses adapted for professionals working in audiovisual and film, and students in master 2 3i à l'IAE (Image, Interactivity, International).
IAE Savoie Mont-Blanc
(Institut d'administration des entreprises de l'université de Savoie, formerly IMUS)
- Licence "Information communication" (equivalent to a Bachelor's degree)
- Master 2 professionnel (Bac+5) "Écriture interactive – Design d'interaction", apprenticeship contract of 1 year
- Master "Hypermédia et communication" (Tiziana Loschi, CITIA Managing Director, is Patron of the classes from 2011 to 2013)
IUT d'Annecy : licence professionnelle (Bac+3)
- "Développeur informatique multisupport", apprenticeship contract of 1 year
Gobelins, l'école de l'image
- "Animateur 3D" (3D character animator): a 12-month vocational training course
- Officially approved level II degree course in Multimedia Design (Bac+4) "Concepteur réalisateur multimédia", options Design or Development, apprenticeship contract of 2 years
CITIA also contributes to diverse national or European research and development initiatives carried out by university or industrial laboratories.
"Sciences Po" Master's degree in Transmedia
"Sciences Po" studies in Annecy: from January 2012 Annecy is opening a new Master's degree vocational training course in Transmedia
This new course, designed to prepare professionals for the latest technological innovations and challenges to do with creation, production and distribution of creative industries in the next decade, is a collaboration between "Sciences Po" Grenoble and CITIA (City of moving pictures).
Professionals following these vocational studies will graduate with a "Sciences Po" Master's degree.
Anticipate future challenges in the world of moving pictures by following this course now.
